Pricing
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw prices without prior notice.
Production Time

Standard Orders: Average production time is 7 working days.

External Production: Items not produced in-house are subject to the manufacturer’s timeline.
Rush Orders

RecognitionPlus Products: No rush charges apply, except for expedited shipping or third-party factory charges.
Product Specifications

All sizes, dimensions, and colors listed are approximate.

We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value without prior notice.
Taxes
Customers are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. To qualify for tax exemptions, a valid tax ID and certificate must be provided.
Credit Information

Payment Terms: All orders are C.O.D. unless a pre-approved credit application is on file.

Credit Limits: May vary based on account history.

Minimum Billing: $25.00 minimum order. A $5.00 service charge applies for orders below this amount ($12.00 absolute minimum).

Payment Terms: Net 30 days. A 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% annual) will be applied to overdue accounts, with a minimum finance charge of $0.50.
Down Payment
Full or partial payment in advance may be required at our discretion.
Customer-Supplied Items
RecognitionPlus is not liable for work performed on or with customer-provided items or for modifications made to completed orders. Pricing for mounting, engraving, or altering customer items will be quoted individually.
Engraving & Lettering

Flexibility: We allow reasonable customization for font styles and setups.

Extra Charges: May apply for custom engraving requests.

Submission: Ensure all engraving/lettering details are clear, legible, and correctly spelled. RecognitionPlus is not responsible for errors in handwritten, faxed, or unclear submissions.
Signs & Name Badges
Non-standard colors, fonts, or styles may incur additional charges.
Set-Up Charges
Charges for set-up (e.g., screens, logos, embroidery tapes) are provided by quotation. All setup materials remain the property of RecognitionPlus.
Artwork Guidelines

Customer-Provided Artwork: Must be sharp, black and white, color-separated, and camera-ready.

Charges: Additional fees may apply for complex layouts or non-compliant artwork.
Shipping & Handling

C.O.D. Shipments: $10.00 per shipment.

Drop/Split Shipments: Priced upon request.

Insurance: Available upon request, with charges added to the invoice.

Freight Charges: Applied for items not produced in-house. We aim to use the most cost-effective shipping method but are not responsible for carrier delays.

Claims: Customers must file all damage, delay, or loss claims directly with the carrier upon delivery.
Over/Under Runs
For specialty items, we aim to deliver the exact quantity ordered but reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under the requested amount, adjusting the final invoice accordingly.
Minimum Order Quantities
All orders are subject to minimum quantities and pricing requirements.
Re-Order Pricing
Re-orders are subject to current pricing, quantity, and minimum order policies.

Logos and trademarks displayed on our products are for illustrative purposes only and do not imply availability without proper authorization. Customers guarantee that all submitted artwork complies with trademark, copyright, and legal requirements. RecognitionPlus assumes no liability for unauthorized use of customer-submitted materials.
